Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Define and execute effective commercial strategies to meet—and exceed—the sales objectives for the Paint division.

  • Support the development of markets outside Quebec.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and coach the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

Market Expansion & Prospection

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Product Expertise

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our paint product lines to support the sales team and provide outstanding customer service.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and production departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Performance Tracking

  • Analyze sales results, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare performance reports for management.

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Degree in sales, management, or a related field

  • Significant experience in sales team management—ideally in the paint industry or a related sector

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills (bilingualism required)

  • Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day sales operations

  • Geographic mobility to oversee activities in various markets

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and business development strategies
